We are seeking a talented Cloud Native Developer to join Lenovo's cloud-native platform team. This role will support the development of container orchestration systems, DevOps toolchains, and microservices frameworks that power Lenovo's enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has solid backend development skills, a good understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem, and experience building distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain components of Lenovo's cloud-native platform, including container runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, microservice frameworks, and Kubernetes extensions. Collaborate with architects and team leads to implement scalable and reusable platform modules. Participate in DevOps pipeline automation, testing, and performance tuning.

Contribute to platform stability, observability, and service reliability improvements. Follow agile development processes and maintain high code quality standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend or platform development.
• Proficient in Java and

Go, with experience in Spring or Spring Cloud frameworks.

• Familiar with Kubernetes, Helm, and related ecosystem tools (e.g., Prometheus, Istio).
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture and PaaS platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
