Clinic Assistant/Admin

1.Assist doctor to monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth clinic flow including opening, closing and dental procedures.

2.Update operations, technical and facility issues into operational reports for PICs action.

3.Monitor stock management and timely stock distribution.

4.Conduct and assist supervisor to coordinate monthly team training.

5.Ensure patients experience excellent service from reception, during procedure and bill settlement including appointment arrangement

6. Tech savvy in posting content on Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook

Qualifications:

1. SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in relevant field2. Required language : Bahasa Malaysia & English3. Willing to learn new things, open minded, can work in a team with good attitude4. Male/ female5. With transportation6. Experience in dental or health field will be a bonus point

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
