Business Reporting Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Analyst to manage and maintain Tableau Cloud workbooks, dashboards, and data flows. This role will also handle user acceptance testing (UAT), performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and dashboard usability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory of Tableau Cloud workbooks, data sources, and flows Manage Tableau Cloud and ensure proper documentation and version control Conduct UAT on new data sets and dashboards to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements Troubleshoot Tableau Cloud issues, errors in views, and data discrepancies Monitor dashboard loading speed and usage metrics to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with data teams and end users to improve usability and reliability of dashboards Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 1-3 years of experience with Tableau (Cloud or Server), data visualization, and dashboard development Solid understanding of data quality management and performance tuning in Tableau Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills Seniority level
