Job Description 1. Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.2. Degree/Diploma in Property Management or/and with Property Manager License from Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property Managers.3. Working knowledge on tender process and understanding of building management accounting system.4. Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.5. Good team player and ability to work well with others.6. Managing the day-to-day operation on building management and maintenance of building.7. Control and monitor the overall office management performance with regards to staffing, reports and liaising with JMB and creating good relationship with residents.8. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.9. Good negotiation skills.10. Knowledge of Strata Title Management Act/Building and Common Property Act.11. Familiar with governing Acts.12. Able to plan, conceptualize and implement projects.13. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.14. Minimum 5 years' experience in property management.
