Our Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services (GRCS) provides advisory on corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal auditing, and controls compliance. We help clients optimize their processes to manage risks effectively and pursue opportunities for business enhancement. Responsibilities:

Participate actively in assignments, supporting engagement leaders in delivering contracted services, including: Identifying and evaluating significant risks and internal controls; Assessing risks during audits, engaging with risk owners, and reviewing risk management effectiveness; Drafting audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, deficiencies, and recommending corrective actions to add value and improve controls and operational efficiency; Supporting business development activities such as proposal writing and presentations. Requirements:

Recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.20 or Second Class Upper; professional accounting qualifications are encouraged, including those pursuing such qualifications; Excellent academic record, leadership qualities, and extracurricular involvement; Self-starter, team player, with initiative and good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; Strong analytical and rationalization abilities; Proficient in English, both verbal and written; Willing to travel.
