Assistant Manager Business Development

1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Identify and pursue new opportunities for the companys hardware and waterproofing solutions. Manage project tendering, product specification, deal closure, and post-sale payment collection within credit terms. Present products to developers, architects, councils, JKR, contractors, and other stakeholders; build long-term customer relationships. Provide pre-sales consultation, product training, and after-sales assistance to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events. Mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company values. Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts and market analysis for business planning. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What Were Looking For Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Experience:

2-3 years in business development, sales, or marketing (hardware/waterproofing preferred). Skills:

Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and communication skills; financial acumen; analytical ability; marketing knowledge; leadership experience; and technical proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office. Attributes:
