About the role
TECH FORGE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Administration Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As an Administration Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
To make company comply to all statutory requirement
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business document
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Involvement in payroll
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
