Job Responsibility
Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements, contributing to accurate financial record-keeping. Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as data entry and reconciliation of bank statements, with meticulous attention to detail. Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with auditor inquiries. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve accounting and administrative issues promptly. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Provide support in budget preparation and monitoring, assisting in tracking expenses and variances. Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of disbursements and receipts.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification. Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates. Proficiency in Account Management principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive Administrative Support. Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin Ability to handle basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation. Familiarity with Autocount Accounting Software. Must be able to work Onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
