Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Prepare payment summaries and upload payment batches into online banking portals for client approval.
Perform reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Maintain and update accounts payable records and supporting schedules.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth payment cycles.
Support the setup and improvement of AP workflows, approval matrices, and automation tools.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience in accounting firms, shared services, or outsourcing service providers is advantageous — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with different banking portals is an added advantage.
