Company Description:White Heron Pharmaceutical is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and EXPERIENCED in full set account Accounts Executive to join our team and contribute to our success

What you'll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budget to ensure everything is balanced and on track.
• Preparing invoice, credit note, DO and manage statement of accounts
• Perform stock take process to ensure stock tally with stock system.
• Manage office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment and coordination with vendors for office upkeep.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, as well as performing general accounts & admin support task as per assigned by the Head of Department.

What you must have:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in an accounting role, particularly on FULL SET ACCOUNT.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is required as staffs will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
• Flexible candidates with ability to manage and perform ad hoc tasks is required.
• Candidates must possess professional communication capabilities, including calls, emails, memos, letters, and other industry-related reports, documents, and correspondence.
