Account Assistant

About the role

As an Account Assistant at NU FARM FRESH SDN BHD - NORTHERN, you will support our team in providing professional accounting services to a wide range of clients. Based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, this full-time role involves assisting with clients bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

What youll be doing

·        Handle bookkeeping and data entry of suppliers and clients transactions into accounting software

·        Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

·        Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients

·        Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings

·        Provide administrative and clerical support related to client accounts

·        Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information 

What were looking for

1.     Experience with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, Million, or Xero and etc.

2.     Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling suppliers and clients accounts

3.     Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, E-invoicing, SST, and tax requirements

4.     Able to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines

5.     A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
