Job Description

• Applies extensive knowledge the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways.
• Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
• Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
• Work is completed with minimal supervision.
• May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non- exempt employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide tooling technical leadership in MFO manufacturing line, developing process and tooling capability for better quality, throughput, and cycle time.
• Initiate and implement modification projects on equipment reliability.
• Ensure process and tooling uptime and availability meeting cost, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain product quality, tooling update and process yield.
• Response to prolong tooling issues (yield/quality) occurring in the production floor.
• Own curatorship for Maintenance documents.

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically an Associates degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience.
• May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
• High level of flexibility
• Able to work in shift pattern depending on business needs.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software.
• Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Independent and self-driven.
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong teamwork and ability to collaborate at cross site/function team.
• Able to work well under stress and perform multitasking.
• Proactive, innovative, and self-motivating characters.
