Roles & Responsibilities :-


  • Manage and monitor the record of the defect list issued after the unit is handed over and ensure that defects rectification works are completed within the stipulated timelines.
  • Coordinate, identify and attend all defects, and seek solutions for repairs.
  • Coordinate with Property Management Representatives to schedule inspection and sequence of work for defects rectification.
  • Communicate inspection results clearly and effectively to clients, answering any questions and addressing concerns they may have.
  • Manage daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and leading a team to carry out the work according to standard.
  • Attending weekly & monthly meetings and prepare reports.
  • Liaise with and assist other colleagues on any site matter if required.
  • Ensures project delivery in accordance with CCC approvals and timely handover of vacant possession.
  • Oversee the process of obtaining the certificate of completion and compliance (CCC) and coordination with consultants, architects, client & project site to obtain authorities permit / approval.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree or Construction-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years related working experience, or fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good written and communication skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
