Technical Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve Sales Plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to Abbott Medicals requirement. Assist in clinical research, when necessary OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as back-up for other CRMD team members To be on call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical

and Abbott Medical Singapore are executed Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science Preferably with a Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital. Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
