As a Senior Mobile Technician, you will inspect, repair, install, wire, and maintain equipment at assigned locations such as warehouses. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
2. Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
3. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
4. Manage work orders, estimate time and materials needed.
5. Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
6. Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety standards.
7. Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications.
8. Manage HVAC stock levels and perform ongoing maintenance.
9. Install and repair control systems for HVAC and refrigeration.
10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

• Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be considered in lieu.
• Valid drivers license.
• A4 Chargeman certification (mandatory).
• HVAC maintenance experience (preferred).
• Fire system experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
