Job Responsibilities

• On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at the gateway sorting center.
• Coordinating with the regional driver team.
• Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
• Timely handling of abnormal vehicle situations, reporting to relevant units or departments.
• Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operations.
• JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
• Ensuring all vehicles depart and arrive on time.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

• Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field.
• Minimum of a Degree qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Preferably Mandarin speaker.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Rotating shift work (Morning/Night).
