Job Descriptions

1. Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide guest accordingly
2. Explain the services that we provide
3. Collect payment and make a record for all the sale made
4. Answer phone calls to arrange appointments for guests and answer general inquiries
5. Monitor social media channels by interacting with users and responding to messages, inquiries, and comments.
6. Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, rooms, and reception.
7. Possibly managing outlets supplies and equipment usage such as stationery and stock
8. Monitor staff compliance with SOP and other customer service standards
9. Undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu; speaking Mandarin & Cantonese is an added advantage
4. Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative, and willing to learn
