Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, Johor

1. Secure exclusive and ad hoc property listings.
2. Generate sales leads including making cold calls.
3. Understand property requirements of prospects and clients and provide real estate solutions to them.
4. Formulate, plan, implement, and coordinate short and long-term sales & marketing strategies for Clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales and rentals with prospective buyers/tenants.
6. Review commercial terms, liaise with solicitors for sale/rental documentation, and follow up to completion.
7. Prepare progress reports to update Clients.
8. Monitor and track the sales processes.
9. Perform survey and market research activities to assess demand, positioning, and awareness.
10. Prepare proposals, reports, analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
11. Carry out duties as assigned by the Superior/Directors of the Company from time to time.
12. Actively participate and assist in all sales and marketing initiatives, events, and project launches.
13. Achieve sales targets in line with the companys strategies.
14. Build relationships with purchasers and prospective purchasers/tenants, grow customer database, and build networks with business associates, consultants, clients, and banks.

1. Degree holder with relevant experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience (proven track record in the marketing of residential projects / investment deals will be an added advantage).
3. Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and a team player.
4. Have a positive working attitude and willing to embrace new challenges.
5. Pro-active, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
6. Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
