Senior/HR Manager

to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions at our Selangor office. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will require close collaboration with the HR team in Singapore and a strong command of HR best practices in Malaysia. Key Accountabilities Oversee and lead all core HR functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning. Drive HR strategy implementation at the site level to support business objectives and workforce effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations, organizational design, and talent development. Lead disciplinary and grievance processes in accordance with Malaysian labour law and company policies. Supervise payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.). Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian employment legislation and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee HR documentation and processes, including the issuance of employment letters, confirmations, increment, warnings, and exit management. Manage employee benefits programs and HR operational support (claims, leave, medical, etc.). Champion employee engagement initiatives and lead change management efforts for organisational development. Collaborate with the Singapore HR team on cross-border HR initiatives and reporting. Lead and mentor any supporting HR personnel as needed. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum

5 years of progressive HR experience , including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong working knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory HR requirements. Proficient in HRMS and payroll systems; hands-on payroll experience is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR matters and influence stakeholders at various levels. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Ability to work independently, think strategically, and lead operational execution efficiently. Note: The advertised job title is being used for Talent Attraction and job advertisement.
