Job Description & Summary: At PwC, our people in talent and development focus on finding, deploying, training and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.
As a talent generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for high potential employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in improving employee retention, development and performance.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for talent development and a track record of success in a dynamic business environment.
Role specific responsibilities:

Talent Development: Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs and initiatives that align with the firms strategic objectives.

Performance Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.

Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into talent trends and make recommendations for improvement in talent management practices.

Learning & Development: Work with PwC Academy to develop and deliver learning programs, workshops, and training sessions to support leaders and high potential skill enhancement and career progression.

Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace and promote diverse talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR partners, business leaders, and employees, to understand and address talent needs.

Project Management: Lead or contribute to talent management projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Minimum years experience required:

Degree in any field

3-5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.

Strong understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
