Senior Administrative Executive

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or relevant field
  • Min 5 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an executive support capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Description:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support and manage day-to-day office activities
  • Manage and maintain a proper filing system for all documentation in softcopy and hardcopy
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc.)
  • Handle tenancy for company properties, including liaising with agents and tenants, attending to tenant complaints, and arranging contractors for repair work
  • Supervise the company driver and dispatch personnel, coordinating their schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and assigned work
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Conduct different types of market research as required
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties requested by management
