Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager/Director to lead the end-to-end sales process for INF AI products in the Malaysia market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market insights, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth:

• Drive end-to-end sales of INF AI products in Malaysia, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for successful market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients in finance, hospitality, education, and other industries.

Market Strategy:

• Analyze AI adoption trends, identify opportunities, stay ahead of market needs, translating customer requirements into actionable product insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with product and tech teams to customize solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, sales ops) for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in tech/SaaS/cloud product sales.
• Strong understanding of tech product development and different go-to-market approaches.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a startup environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Malaysia tech industry, with networks in finance, hospitality, education, and enterprise sectors.
• Able to work independently and remotely, yet highly collaborative in working with internal teams.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin (at least spoken).
