Sales Engineer (industrial manufacturing)

Job Description:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering tailored product solutions and resolving sales-related issues effectively.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, understanding customer requirements, and presenting strategic proposals.

  • Foster trust by actively listening to client concerns and providing comprehensive after-sales support.

  • Work closely with internal technical and development teams to ensure customer feedback and needs are integrated into product development.

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid drivers license (mandatory).

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.

  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Malay or Chinese is an added advantage due to the market support.

  • Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint being a plus.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Prior experience in the plastics industry or industrial equipment sales is strongly preferred.
