About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sale Assistants to join our team at Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As a Sale Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales of our wide range of high-quality gadgets and accessories.

What youll be doing

1. Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs

2. Demonstrating product features and functionality to customers

3. Handling cashier and card transactions accurately

4. Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store

5. Restocking and organising product shelves

6. Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to customers

7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3. Ability to work well in a team and independently

4. Enthusiasm and a passion for providing excellent customer service

5. Attention to detail and organisational skills
