Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will need to amplify Beaconhouses brand across digital and physical channels. The main goal is to drive social media engagement, craft compelling content, optimise paid campaigns & SEO, and create visually impactful assets (videos, graphics & web updates). As well as assisting HOD with administrative work and reports.

VACANCY: Beaconhouse Regional Office, Subang Jaya

Job Requirement:-

  • Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.

  • 2+ years in marketing, with proven social media & content creation success.

  • Copywriting mastery: Ability to tailor messaging for parents, students & educators.

  • Design proficiency: Canva (expert), Adobe Illustrator (intermediate), CapCut video editing.

  • Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta/Google Ads) & SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).

  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, social insights).

  • Skilful in photography, videography, video editing, copywriting, and familiar with software like adobe illustrator & premiere pro.

  • Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, CRM & etc) 

  • Has good Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Relations, Planning, Organising and Coordinating, Analytical, Goal Driven, Energetic.

  • Is Innovative, Creative, Flexible & Adaptable, Result Oriented, strong self-discipline, proactive, creative, and capable to lead

  • Applicants must be willing to work within the Klang Valley and possess their own transport.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Digital Engagement

  • Develop/execute platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Red Note & etc) to boost brand presence.

  • Curate content, schedule posts, monitor engagement & foster community interactions.

  • Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to optimise ROI.

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Produce compelling content: social posts, video scripts, newsletters & ad copy.

  • Lead photo/video shoots capturing school life (events, classrooms, student projects).

  • Design assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator & CapCut for digital/print.

 Paid Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan/execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) targeting enrolment leads.

  • A/B test creatives & audiences to reduce cost-per-acquisition.

  • Track funnel performance (impressions → clicks → conversions → school tours).

Website Management & SEO

  • Update website content (banners, news, fees, events, ebooks & etc) via CMS (wordpress & etc).

  • Implement SEO strategies: keyword optimization, metadata & backlinking.

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times.

CRM & Campaign Funnel Management

  • Segment audiences in BEAMS 360 CRM for targeted nurturing workflows.

  • Map customer journeys (awareness → consideration → enrolment).

  • Automate email/SMS campaigns for lead progression

School Events, Enrolment Initiatives and Road Shows

  • Assist in planning, execution and design works for school events and initiatives to drive awareness to increase enrolment

  • Review and refine, and support the execution of the internal event calendar, working closely with the SLT and Head of Corporate Communications on Open Days, Roadshows Education Fairs, Orientation days, Parent information workshops, Community Events, Concerts, Sports Day, Graduation, etc.

 Reporting & Competitors Analysis

  • Research, monitor and analyse our own and our competitors social media activities

  • Track competitors pricing, campaigns & enrolment tactics.

  • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Administrative Marketing & Other Functions

  • To carry out any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the school operations from time to time, as requested.
