Responsibilities:- Analyze and develop technology-driven business solutions to improve efficiency
- Translate medium to large-scale and complex requirements into tailored solutions
- Apply best practices, contribute to thought leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert to enhance marketplace reputation
- Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Advanced proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies
- Advanced Aveva OSIsoft PI proficiency (preferred)
- Intermediate Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency (preferred)
- Intermediate Requirements Analysis proficiency (preferred)
