Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of a reverse IPO (RTO), including deal origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Identify and evaluate suitable acquisition targets based on strategic fit, profitability, and readiness for listing.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deal opportunities across key sectors.
• Build detailed financial models, conduct valuations, and coordinate internal and external due diligence efforts.
• Prepare investment proposals, board materials, and regulatory submissions aligned with SC requirements.
• Liaise with external advisors, investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.
• Support post-transaction activities including investor relations and business integration planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A — with direct exposure to IPO, RTO, or capital market transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian capital markets and SC regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage complex transactions, and drive outcomes.
