HR Operations - Global Visa Partner (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa applications across global scope, ensuring timely processing and compliance;
• Advise employees and internal teams on visa requirements and procedures;
• Liaise with vendors, HR, and business stakeholders to resolve case issues efficiently;
• Maintain up-to-date visa documentation, SOPs, and training materials;
• Track key data and prepare regular reports to support business decision-making.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in immigration, HR operations, global mobility, or any related field;
• Strong project management and coordination skills, able to meet tight timelines and manage stakeholders effectively;
• Resourceful and results-driven, with the ability to provide concrete solutions to visa application blockers;
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in spreadsheets and workflow systems;
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with external Chinese visa vendors and review policy documentation in Mandarin effectively.

Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of visa and compliance requirements across multiple countries; - Strong communicator and team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
