Supplementary Information What will you do?

Accurate and timely execution of processes supporting fund accounting, NAV production, and GP accounting functions across various PERES Operations Fund Administration structures, including validation of manual entries, collation of accounting working papers, and presentation metrics and control data.

Fund Controller activities, including validating financial reports of investment entities holding Real Estate and Private Equity on behalf of client funds.

Ensure tolerance checks are complete, investigate and clear outstanding items, and satisfy all audit and regulatory requirements, including service level agreements.

Respond to queries promptly and effectively, proposing solutions within the governance and change framework.

Build productive relationships with internal departments and support cross-functional and operational improvement initiatives.

Ensure activities and controls are documented in comprehensive procedures, supporting governance and control through professional awareness and risk mindset.

Minimum education Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent in a related field.

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

Relevant operational knowledge and experience (1-2 years) in fund accounting, financial reporting, or business administration focused on financial services and fund structures.

Good written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail.

Interpersonal skills and ability to network with agents and internal departments, working as part of a team.

Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads under tight deadlines.

At least 12 months of service in the current role for lateral moves.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of fund accounting systems like Multifonds or similar applications.

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
