1. Handles the full accounting cycle and statutory reporting: This involves performing month-end and year-end closing activities, managing the complete set of accounts, and preparing accurate statutory financial statements on time.
2. Manages comprehensive treasury operations: This includes overseeing cash flow, fund allocation, day-to-day treasury activities, and bank facility administration.
3. Ensures accurate and timely financial data management: This includes the accurate and timely entry of financial data into the accounting system, adhering to internal controls, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Maintains organized financial documentation and ensures compliance: This encompasses systematically documenting and filing records for all accounting entries to ensure easy access and compliance with regulations.
5. Ensures regulatory compliance and supports various accounting needs: This involves complying with all tax laws and regulations promptly and undertaking various ad-hoc accounting projects or assignments, including liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies during fiscal year-end.

• Possess a bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting
• Possess professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• Must have knowledge of the property/construction industry
• Solid technical knowledge in MFRS 15 and 16
