Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Material Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration
3 - 5 years of progressive customer service and operations experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Systems proficiency and attention to detail
Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate customer needs
