About the role

Prestico Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Complex Manager to oversee the operations and management of a prestigious commercial property in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role will involve leading a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the complex, catering to the needs of both tenants and visitors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards and reputation of this premier commercial development.

What youll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial complex, including facilities management, tenant relations, and overall property maintenance

2. Lead and direct a team of support staff, including cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance workers, to ensure a high level of service delivery

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of the complex

4. Liaise with tenants to address their concerns and requirements, ensuring a positive and productive landlord-tenant relationship

5. Manage the financial aspects of the complex, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the complex and attract new tenants

7. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

What were looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex management role, preferably in the commercial real estate sector

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders

4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting

5. Thorough understanding of property management regulations, safety standards, and building maintenance practices

6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex issues

7. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional tenant experiences
