Job Summary The

Business Analyst

will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data and processes, and recommending solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability. You will act as a bridge between business units, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Develop detailed business and functional specifications.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate requirements.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.

Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

Experience in Trade Finance & Services.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
