Admin Assistant
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone or email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, parcels, and documents.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed.
- Manage meeting room bookings and appointment schedules.
- Assist with organizing internal meetings or client appointments.
- Assist in preparing simple reports or documents.
- Support event coordination (e.g. company events, birthday celebrations).
