VACANCY FOR OFFICE ADMIN Company Description DYNAMIC REFRACTORIES SDN BHD No.13-3, Jalan Anggun City1, Pusat Komersial Anggun City, Taman Anggun 48000, Rawang, Selangor Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Anggun, Rawang. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as handling office correspondence and documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment. They will also assist with customer service activities, maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers via email/phone. Requirement - Has experience in corresponding with Import and Export shipment. - Applying for tax exemption from MITI/ Dagang Net i.e.: (Form A1, Form E) - Has experience in E-Invoicing Validation and Submission Qualifications - Ability to handle and maintain Office equipment effectively - Organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in using standard office software and tools such as MS Office - Relevant experience in office administration or a related field is preferred SALARY RM 2,000 - 2,500 COMMENCEMENT January 2026 Onsite 9AM TO 5PM Monday - Friday
