:Role summary  Seeking a Front-End Developer proficient with HubSpot CMS to build themes, templates, and custom modules, optimize performance, and support marketing workflows across devices and browsers in a fully remote setup. Candidates must have 2-3 years of front-end experience and fluent English communication for async collaboration.   :Key responsibilities* Build and maintain HubSpot CMS themes, templates, and custom modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for websites, blogs, emails, and landing pages, and all related to HubSpot. * Convert wireframes/designs into responsive, accessible HubSpot theme pages and reusable components. * Implement technical SEO foundations: semantic HTML, clean URL structures, proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, canonical tags, robots directives, and Open Graph/Twitter meta where relevant. * Optimize Core Web Vitals and performance: minify and defer assets, image optimization (responsive images, WebP), reduce render-blocking resources, and lazy-load media. * Implement and optimize HubSpot CMS features, performance, and cross-browser/device rendering; troubleshoot bugs and glitches. * Configure and maintain HubSpot assets (forms, blogs, landing pages) and support content editors with scalable, easy-to-edit solutions. * Collaborate with marketing, design, and stakeholders in fluent English to align requirements, branding, and user experience. * Use local dev tools, version control, and debugging tools; keep assets high-performing and reliable. * All responsibilities and deliverables are HubSpot-focused, including HubSpot CMS, HubL/HubDB, HubSpot SEO tools, and related HubSpot ecosystem integrations and workflows * Optional: design HubSpot workflows and light CRM configurations aligned to front-end/data needs if experienced.   :Required skills* Minimum of 2-3 years of professional front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, responsive design, and debugging. * HubSpot CMS development with HubL and HubDB; experience creating custom modules and templates. * Fluency in English: ability to speak, write, and listen effectively for remote teamwork, documentation, and client communication. * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating HubSpot with other systems is a plus for front-end integrations. * Version control (e.g., Git) and comfort with command line/local development workflows.   :Nice to have* HubSpot CMS certification or completion of HubSpot Academy CMS for Developers coursework. * Experience with CRM objects, data structure awareness, and basic workflow automation within HubSpot. * Awareness of accessibility, performance, and component-driven development (design systems mindset).   :Qualifications* Demonstrable experience building HubSpot CMS themes, modules, and templates with responsive best practices. * Portfolio or examples of HubSpot-based pages/emails/modules showing code quality and maintainability. * Strong communication and collaboration skills; professional fluency in English.   :Compensation and type* Employment type: Full-time, fully remote. * Compensation: Up to $1,300 per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio strength.   :Tools and stack* HubSpot CMS, HubL, HubDB, Design Manager, and all HubSpot-related. * HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, common JS plugins; Git; local development and debugging tools.   :What success looks like* Reliable, reusable HubSpot components enabling non-developers to update content easily. * Fast, responsive pages with consistent rendering and measurable performance improvements. * Clear, proactive communication in English with marketing and design, shipping on-brand experiences efficiently.   :How to apply* Provide a cover letter * Share a resume/CV, links to HubSpot CMS work (themes, modules, pages/emails), and a brief note on HubL/HubDB experience and relevant certifications. * Optional: note any API integrations or workflow/CRM configuration contributions within HubSpot projects.
