Your job

Do you have experience in customer engagement environment? Do you have 1 year experience in outbound calling? Do you enjoy interacting with potential clients? Are you always aware and in tune with the latest social media and pop culture trends? Do you want to be part of an international team?

If yes, this job is for you! We are growing a multilingual team in our Accenture team to service our global social media platform client.

What will you be doing:

  • First point of contact in the sales process

  • Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.

  • Interface effectively with potential clients

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

  • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand.

  • Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

  • Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management.


Your background

  • Minimum degree with related experince
  • 1 year experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus)
  • Fluent in English exceptionally
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations.
  • An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
  • A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
  • Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience.
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region supported.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
  • Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
