Responsibilities:
●Ensure safety of ships and its environment before work activities can be carried out.
●Fire prevention, firefighting operation, and pollution control work.
●Monitoring of safety systems.
●Safety enforcement.
●Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
●Enforce safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures.
●Ensure regulatory compliance with federal occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
Requirements:
●Candidate must possess a minimum recognized certification HSE or other qualification will be an advantage.
●Enforce safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures
●Ensure regulatory compliance with federal occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
●Basic knowledge on how to handle and prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies.
●Engage with national safety authorities of Malaysia (DOSH, NIOSH, JKKP, Department of Environment (DOE) etc.)
●Previous experience is an advantage.
●Dynamic, proactive and hardworking.
●Salary Negotiable (based on working experience & qualification).
