QA Officer

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs, procedures, and document control programs.
• Assist in ensuring Quality and Food Safety standards in the products are met by training of personnel, close monitoring of the processing and improvement of
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in factory environment.
• Assist in ensuring that Food Safety & Quality system and awareness are implemented, understood and practiced by all employees.
• To act as hygiene officer in ensuring maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Execute all activities e.g: in the process and finished goods analysis, microbiology, hygiene, pest control, packaging materials, raw materials, calibration activities, and cleanliness & good keeping of equipment together as a part of QA team.
• To perform egg quality testing on eggs from farms weekly, including but not limited to internal egg quality analysis related to feed.
• Implement and manage Random Microbiological Sampling Collecting on equipment and product as well as maintain schedule of testing.
• Undertakes project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Minimum educational requirement of Bachelors degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, food technology, food biology, food industry management etc.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Possess Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
• Quick learner and able to complete task according to instruction independently.
• Able to work as a team.
• Willingness to work in office and processing plant environment.
• Must be willing to work in Yong Peng
