1. Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards
2. Provide routine raw material testing for incoming resins and ensure proper unloading of resin into the silo. Perform tests according to standard operating procedures.
3. Ensure quality control measures are in place to aid Manufacturing operations and facilitate the final product approval process.Conduct tests in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
4. Offer technical and quality control services for the manufacturing industry.
5. Work together with the Production team to resolve the quality problem and oversee the stock of finished products.
6. Produce and provide COA to customers as required
7. Ensure that quality control testing equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
8. Maintain the laboratory equipment and quality control testing devices.
9. Maintain and develop laboratory service capability.
10. Provide central laboratory services to various departments
11. Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate the receipt of raw materials.
12. Coordinate with Production Personnel in Quality Audit, for finished product acceptance, on hold and reject.
13. Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
14. Assist in testing for customer return orders
Qualifications
1. Minimum Diploma in Science or its equivalent is required.
2. At least two years of experience working in a laboratory setting is required.
3. Experience as an Inspection or quality technician
4. The capacity to analyze and comprehend technical data is a valuable skill.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal abilities and establish positive working connections with individuals both within and outside the organization.
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English communication is required.
7. Capability to work independently with limited oversight
