What youll do:

As a Menu Management specialist in the Food and Beverage industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be leading the development of innovative new products that delight our customers and drive business growth. Youll keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity, using this insight to identify opportunities for innovation. Collaboration will be key as you work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Youll also manage the product development budget, optimise processes, source high-quality ingredients from suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches
• Manage the product development budget, ensuring resources are used effectively

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards within the Food and Beverage industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Degree in Food Science or related field is desirable
