Reports To Duty Manager, Golden Lounge Operations Role Purpose Responsible for performing tasks in managing Golden Lounge warehouses including all inventories by coordinating, receiving, binning, issuing items, and updating receipt documents into the system is completed within the stipulated time and responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Golden Lounge physical infrastructure, to perform inspections and troubleshooting, coordinate with external contractors, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, implement preventive maintenance programs, and prioritize safety. tracking maintenance of lounge facilities in compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Accountablity
  • Monitor all stocks in/out records, stock on the required par level by GL inventory system – E-GLIMS to ensure sufficient stock supply for GL Ops and data records for audit purposes.
  • Ensure the warehouse environment with the priority of safety, subsequently cleanness and tidiness.
  • Daily track maintenance program and record to ensure all facilities in the lounge are duly serviced and updated regularly. Basic knowledge of repairing minor maintenance on facilities and equipment.
  • Arrange and assist with vendors MAB approval of airport passes and vehicle entry permits during vendor at GL site.
  • Monitor vendors work in the lounge to ensure safety and quality of work are not compromised and executed with little disruption to operations.
Qualification & Experience
  • SPM with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in airport operations.
  • Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
Skills & Knowlege
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient and proactive to ensure smooth handling of operations.
  • Knowledge basic of Microsoft Office at an office workstation.
  • Basic knowledge and maintenance skills for general maintenance, and repair work.
