Support and develop field force (FF) performance management and metrics as well as sales excellence strategy to boost FF efficiency....
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Sales Force Excellence
Support and develop field force (FF) performance management and metrics as well as sales excellence strategy to boost FF efficiency.
Improve quality and transparency of prioritization by supporting segmentation & targeting, territory design/alignment, FF capacity planning, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, FF return on investment analysis for all FF lines.
Drive sales in terms of setting sales targets, market share growth of promoted products, achieving desired sales force performance ratios by developing consistency of SFE standards and expectations across the Sandoz teams.
Implement standardized SFE systems, tools, platforms, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative critical metrics for physician, pharmacy and FFs across the different channels.
Based on plan requirements to formulate and design reward/incentive programs that will drive the sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Business Intelligence
Drive the insight generation across multiple data sources (structured & unstructured) and develop high quality analytical capabilities to drive productivity and growth.
Responsible for designing, maintaining, supporting, and upgrading different reports, dashboards and platforms to enable commercial team with vital input (e.g. sales, efficiency, competition etc.).
Creation and delivery of analytics training to help end users to effectively use the platform drive adoption and derive useful insights
Enhance use of CRM database (SCOUT), sales data (QLIK/Power BI), business intelligence (BI), IQVIA data, ZIP Infrared by sales force through alignment with commercial team and market demands
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information System, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of demonstrated ability in CRM, Database Management, or Sales Force Effectiveness Management related from Pharma, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare.
Required experience in running Field Force Sales Incentives
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to use Macro / VBA function.
Has a great attention to detail and values partnership and collaboration across the business
Experience in using SFE system such as Veeva system or Salesforce.com end to end process.
