Job Purpose This position extends support to our agency force in relation to their customers’ inquiries and feedback on policy related alterations and communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attending to inquiries, feedback and complaints from agents and frontliners related to policy alterations and customers’ communication
  • Conduct Voice-of-Customer Survey, follow up with customers to understand the insight of their feedback and extend assistance to address their concerns
  • Involve in data checking and cleaning i.e. contact information to ensure our customers’ data are up-to-date
  • To liaise with customers and agents for refund payment and benefits payout
  • Assist in processing financial and non-financial related policy alterations

Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Willingness to handle high volume workload and extra working hours with OT
