Asia Management Intelligence (MI) Manager

We will count on you to:

• Implement Marsh Data Services MI strategy, including adoption of best practices and realization of efficiencies.
• Help the Marsh Data Services Regional Data Leader, prioritize developments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Manage MI deliveries from requirement through to implementation in an Agile framework.
• Influence local, regional, and global colleagues and stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Manage team performance, developing colleagues to ensure that they can deliver against current priorities and evolve to meet future needs.

What you need to have:

• Degree in a related subject (e.g. MI, IT, Data, Business, Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise Business Intelligence tool such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI, as well as sound data handling and scripting skills.
• An ability to interpret business requirements and shape solutions.
• Program and project management experience, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering MI solutions.
• Ability to analyze business problems and provide subject matter advice
• Good command in English is required
