Why does this job exist and why is it critical? 1. To plan and implement overall warehouse & logistics strategy & operations for 3PL business. 2. Monitor & implement SLA governance between company and 3PL partners. 3. Monitor & ensure device & accessories stocks fulfillment to all channels 4. To identify process bottleneck, suggest solutions for process improvements, and implement solutions in timely manner. 5. Assist Internal Audit in audit of the 3PL business, encompassing warehouse operation processes, operation workflow, governance & compliance reporting. 6. Present weekly reporting to Head of Device Sales & Logistics Management, and answerable to any matter pertaining to 3PL business. What’s next?
